Shine Gathering is a non-profit foundation dedicated to supporting and empowering women from historically marginalized and visible minority backgrounds.

Bilingual Monthly SHINE Gatherings: safe, therapeutic spaces to rest, reflect, learn, share and be heard - We walk alongside women navigating domestic abuse with culturally relevant care

Retreat experiences for deep rest, healing, and community connection.

Career & Business support through Financial Literacy : better-paying jobs, strong networks, promotions into leadership, and starting/growing small businesses.
